Delia lost her enthusiasm for ‘the talking cure’ over 25 years ago while completing her master’s in clinical psychology, and took the road less travelled, where she’s since immersed herself in the fascinating world of how lifestyle – including nutrition - impacts brain development and function. Delia’s medical PhD provided her with further insights into how stress impacts brain health. Delia now supports behavior change and cognitive/stress resiliency within organizations, and for individuals who want to optimize their brain health, via online courses, workshops, and tailored events internationally.
