I am Dr Sui Wong, an award-winning Neurologist (MD) and well-being expert, who has been featured on outlets such as the BBC.  I have unique expertise as I am not just a neurologist (MD) and neuroscientist, I am also a hypnotherapist, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness teacher.  


I am passionate about empowering people to improve their wellbeing and brain health through lifestyle and holistic approaches. In this regard, I deliver effective programs for migraine prevention and lead groundbreaking research on Mindfulness.
