When I heard this quote for the first time I thought of all of the things I am choosing. The many times I could have made a change towards my happiness but instead to choose the pain that I know saying to myself I can change that later and then not ever actually changing. This week I also talk about the accountability it takes to be honest with ourselves in order to choose to change instead of choosing the hardship we know over the hardship of change.
