Hello good people and welcome back to another week's episode of Trudge Report. At the top of the show we discuss everything from snow in the midwest, fantasy football heartbreak, weird allergies, and viral plane crashes.
We then dive into the recovery topic, surrounding complete powerlessness over our addictions, and how none of us could stop on our own power or by the numerous methods we have employed. We discuss barriers to recovery that each of us faced, mostly those within ourselves. We talk about preconceived notions, both positive and negative, that we all had about getting sober. We mix in a few entertaining stories and then end with what kept each of us in Florida to get and stay sober.
