In this feature from "The Arts Page" archives, Milwaukee, Wisconsin ceramic sculptor Jef Raasch creates imaginative works inspired by the human form, animals and the natural world. Using hollow-form construction, bold colors and unexpected combinations, Raasch explores the connections between people and nature while creating sculptures that invite curiosity, emotion and a little bit of humor.
