Today's solo episode is all about gratitude. The whole idea of this podcast is stories of hope and inspiration.
While cancer is not inherently something to be grateful for, the practice of gratitude has been clinically shown to improve mood, health, and well-being.
So many amazing ideas, new products, and non-profit organizations have come about because someone had cancer and created something for others out of that. Advocacy, kindness, empathy and compassion all can be blessings from cancer.
You don't have to have cancer to practice gratitude. It's available to everyone.
I share in this episode how gratitude helped me in my darkest time, how it continues to be a daily part of my life, and how you can start to incorporate it into your life.
