Today's episode is a solo episode. Technical difficulties in the recording of my last two interviews made them unusable. So while I work to get them rerecorded, it's a great time to talk about this topic.

I have seen multiple instances over the past couple weeks of friends (and myself) not being OK and feeling guilty because they weren't OK.

I want to break this down and talk about emotions and grief and how we can be OK not being OK.
