In this episode we talk beer with Daniel Gosteli from the Birtel Beer Manufacturer in Münchenstein Switzerland. With the American craft brew wave from 15 years ago, there is a resurgence of special brewers in Switzerland. This one is special as they took on the endeavor of growing their own ingredients! We were quite curious and were excited to discuss this at their office and meet Chewy the dog. Listen to hear where the name comes from.
