In this episode we talk beer with Daniel Gosteli from the Birtel Beer Manufacturer in Münchenstein Switzerland. With the American craft brew wave from 15 years ago, there is a resurgence of special brewers in Switzerland. This one is special as they took on the endeavor of growing their own ingredients!
