๐๐ง๐๐ณ ๐๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ was the Beverage Director for Windows on the World (a restaurant in the World Trade Center) at the time of 9/11. She and (her now husband), Stephen, both survived the horrific tragedy, but lost their jobs and were forced to reassess their careers. Against their familiesโ advice, they decided to open up their own restaurant in Inezโs hometown, and in 2022, they marked 20 years of successful restauranteering with Tarboro Brewing Companyย (@tarborobrewingcompany).
