We can always chose. We are so unique, but often we think that if someone criticize us we must feel criticized and defend ourselves.
It is not true. We have a choice how to respond.
That also means that we have a choice to chose life.
Chose good every time. Chose what will bring good to others and what celebrates life.
Life is a Gift
