In this episode, I share the importance of self-care, particularly for Latina moms, and challenges that societal and cultural norms make us feel like we have to prioritize family and others over our individual well-being.

We’ll get to understand what self-care is and how to prioritize our well-being in order to establish a good relationship with ourselves and honor our body and soul. I offer practical self-care strategies, including setting boundaries with toxic individuals, getting enough sleep, practicing mindfulness, and scheduling personal time. 

Let’s break the cycles of putting ourselves last and prioritize ourselves to become more patient, present, and joyful mamis.
