This season always brings back memories — those moments de seguridad, risas, y conexión.
As a therapist (and a forever overthinker 😅), I’ve realized Halloween helps us practice something powerful:
reconnecting con nuestro inner child,
feeling fear safely, the power of nostalgia
y allowing ourselves to play sin culpa.
In mental health, we talk so much about regulation, grounding, y resilience —
but we forget that joy, nostalgia, y imaginación también son formas de sanar.
Healing doesn’t always look like therapy sessions o journaling.
Sometimes it looks like laughter, dressing up, y reminding your inner child:
“ You still matter.” 🧡🎃
