Episode 17 is all about the topic of mindset and how it has transformed my life in various areas, from my fertility journey to starting my own business, even in my marriage and with my health. I really emphasize the importance of rewriting our limiting beliefs that we all hold and instead choosing positive thoughts to ultimately create a more empowering mindset, and fulfilling life. I also share several authors and podcasters that have heavily influenced my mindset work. I want listeners to know that they have the power to take control of their thoughts and rewrite the stories in their head to be more positive versus the other way around, letting ones thoughts control you and your mindset/life. It is a choice, you can choose to take control!
