In this personal episode I discuss my upbringing in the Roman Catholic Church. It's not about judging the church itself or others but rather about seeking understanding and finding one's own path and belief systems.
In my experience, religion has offered a framework for exploring some of life's biggest questions, but it has also provided a sense of community and belonging throughout my early childhood into early adulthood.
I have discovered it is crucial to discern our own lives and beliefs rather than simply adopting those of our families. Our spiritual journey is unique and is shaped by personal experiences and insights. Embracing this individuality allows us to grow authentically and find a deeper connection to our own values and truths.
