My career path has been anything but linear, spanning industries such as retail, hospitality, mining, construction, marketing, and recruitment, ultimately leading me to become a first responder. Each of these roles has offered unique challenges and rewards, contributing to a rich tapestry of experiences that have shaped who I am today.
Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered incredible highs and humbling lows, each teaching me valuable lessons about acceptance, change, and resilience. Whether it was the fast-paced world of retail, the demanding environment of mining and construction, or the people-centric fields of marketing and recruitment, I learned to adapt, grow, and thrive. Becoming a first responder brought all these experiences together, testing my limits and reinforcing the importance of perseverance and compassion.
