The beauty of our weekly embodiment practice is that it's quiet, gentle, and gradual. For a few seconds at a time, we practice relaxing into present-moment sensation. Over time, we deepen our capacity for being alive. We see more, hear more, and notice more.
Quietly, we unwind and neutralize powerlessness, not by trampling boundaries or soldiering through difficulty, but by relaxing into what we're experiencing right now. We remember that we have choices. We make room for the physical sensations that accompany tender moments of stuck-ness and doubt and grief and not knowing.
Posture is a metaphor as well a literal somatic experience. How are you "holding" yourself in this moment? Adjust. Align. Get curious.
About this podcast
We are thriving in plain sight: celebrating awareness, embodiment, and tiny treasures. In a matter of moments, we can recapture our attention. Suddenly, we remember: we have agency. We have choices. We adjust and shift our posture and orientation to life, flowing organically and cultivating the art of noticing, responding, and letting go.
