She began her career in customer service at Old Castle Building Envelope in Bloomington, thanks to a referral from a friend. Later, she moved to Bryn Glass in Minneapolis, expanding her role to include estimating, project management, and contract sales. Melanie is passionate about the glass industry, particularly its emphasis on teamwork and community. She is an advocate for women in construction and trades, actively working to increase female participation and visibility in the industry. Melanie is also known for her exceptional ability to connect people and organizations, enhancing business development and collaborative opportunities.
