Marion is a nonprofit leader with a diverse background in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Member Services and Engagement Manager at the National Fenestration Rating Council. With a master’s in public administration and a commitment to fostering strong relationships, Marion brings a wealth of experience in relationship management, educational program design, and member engagement. Her career journey includes pivotal roles such as Resource Development Manager at She Built This City, where she secured over $1 million in grant funding and orchestrated successful fundraising events. Before her nonprofit endeavors, Marion honed her leadership skills in various positions, including District Manager of In-Home Services at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where she led a high-performing sales team and managed third-party service providers across multiple locations. She also excelled as a Reliability and Training Program Specialist and National Accounts Sales Representative at Pella Windows and Doors, where she was recognized in the Top 10 in Sales for two consecutive years.
