We dove into the topic of mentorship through the biblical relationship of Queen Esther and Mordecai; discussing the strength of their mentoring relationship and the high points and areas where the mentorship process could have disintegrated.
The key to their mentoring success was humility and love, commitment to the process, consistency in their actions, and clarity of mission, intentions, and needs/wants!
