When was your first time?
For me, it was seventh grade.
In English lit.
That was the first time someone told me I was good at writing. (Good enough to be considered a cheater.)
When was your first time? The first time someone saw the good in you and acknowledged it to your face.
These experiences shape us (at 4 years old, 40, 80, or 104). And as people who have been shaped by the words of others, now we possess that same power to change lives.
