Mental Health is an essential part of self-care. It's very important that we not ignore the signs and give our mental health the proper care and attention it requires. Even though the month of May is designated as Mental Health Awareness month we must make it a priority every day. It's okay not to be okay. Everyone is facing some sort of battle of their own even if they'll never admit it. Just know that you are not alone.
