A leader is simply someone who has followers-followers they influence. Susan and I have tried to raise all 5 of our children to be leaders. We’ve taught them it’s not just what you do, it’s who you are at the core.
Susan and I can recall countless times, especially when our kids were in high school, asking each of them, “Is your friend having more of an influence on you OR are you having more of an influence on your friend?” Child leadership is important. We want to share with you today how to raise your children to be leaders.
