In this solocast episode I introduce the fact that courage is just like any other muscle in our body, the more we use it the stronger it gets!

Start showing up every day doing something hard! A cold shower, going to the gym, a chapter in a book read or written, etc.  Just show up and do something that is uncomfortable.  

Remember do anything for 100 days and it no longer feels hard or uncomfortable.
