What you make time for? Grows.
 What you give energy to? Expands.
 What you ignore? Withers.

I used to tell myself I wanted to be healthy. That I wanted to feel better. Be stronger. Be a better dad. But the truth was, I was prioritizing beer, fast food, video games, and feeling sorry for myself. Guess what grew? My f*cking waistline. My insecurity. My self-doubt.

So if your life doesn’t look the way you want it to  don’t look at your dreams. Look at your calendar. Look at your daily choices.
