At least that’s what I thought at first. I did what everyone else is doing—used the prompts, asked the “right” questions, tried to automate the process, and expected the results to magically show up. But they didn’t. And it wasn’t because AI is bad or useless. It was because AI doesn’t replace thinking, strategy, or systems. ChatGPT can write fast, organize ideas, and speed things up, but it can’t fix a weak business model, create clarity where none exists, or build infrastructure for you.
Most people aren’t failing with AI—they’re failing before AI even enters the picture. In this episode of UTE, we break down why ChatGPT “fails” so many entrepreneurs, how prompt culture has created false expectations, and what actually needs to be in place before automation works. This conversation is about using AI as leverage, not a crutch, and building real systems that turn effort into results. Because tools don’t build businesses—systems do.
