Karen Canham is a Board-Certified Coach, Specialist in NeuroSomatics and founder of Karen Ann Wellness, where she helps individuals and organizations move from stress and reactivity to regulation.
Her path to this work has been a journey in itself. Over the past 18 years, Karen has evolved from fitness and nutrition coaching into yoga, functional medicine, meditation, energy work, and ultimately, somatic and parts work therapy exploring every layer of what it means to truly heal.
After years in corporate leadership, including roles within Fortune 50 and tech companies, she began to see a pattern: even the most capable people were living in a state of chronic stress, disconnected from their bodies and their truth. That realization led her to nervous system regulation as the missing link between striving and sustainable well-being.
Karen’s approach is both deeply personal and practical. Having recovered from anorexia and years of disconnection from her own body, she understands that healing begins with safety, not self-discipline. Through her coaching, workshops, and trainings, she teaches people how to regulate, reconnect, and rebuild from the inside out leading, communicating, and creating from grounded presence and self-trust rather than survival.
