Description

Our bodies know what it needs to heal. Whether it is creating a fever to fight off an infection, shivering to warm up in the cold, or the intuitive guidance for emotional healing, the body knows.

The body's wisdom understands what is ready to be seen, felt, and healed.  It doesn't offer more than we are ready for. Listen and validate the messages of the body. Understand the body "talks" to us through sensations, aches and pains, or big emotions. Practice "listening" by checking in with the body, allowing time and space through meditation, then trust the body to guide you towards what is needed. True healing is a felt experience that creates alignment with your heart, mind, and body.
