Some of the things we talk about are:
How just looking back at an old photo of us from school will show whether or not we have underlying issues that we ran from and aren't facing which could be the reason why you have anger or bad health and by simply going back in time to that person you were in that photo and understanding how you felt could be how you set yourself free.
How listening to dance music in the shower every time you get up could be far greater than the effects of coffee and how your work day will be far more productive as you will have flooded your body and brain with endorphins allowing your brain to be in flow state whilst working.
How acting on an urge like going to MacDonalds even though you've already had dinner could be the universes way of aligning you up with someone you wanted to meet or someone on the save energy vibration as you and MacDonalds is simply a meeting point for you.
