This comes from the food they are eating and what they are drinking. Your cells can't grow unless you give them what they need.If you haven't got a passion for something, then you will start it for 5 minutes and then move on to something else. You cannot do something because it is going to make you money. Drive comes from within and feeling and if you wouldn't do it for free, then it's only a matter of time until you stop doing it.
