What if God is speaking all around us—and we simply need to learn how to listen?

Psalm 19 begins with one of Scripture’s most beautiful images: the heavens declaring the glory of God. Creation communicates without words, pointing beyond itself toward its Creator. But the psalm doesn't stop there.

Psalm 19 moves from creation to God's law, describing God's wisdom as trustworthy, life-giving, joyful, and illuminating. Then the psalm turns inward, becoming a prayer for the words we speak and the thoughts we carry within us.

This movement—from creation, to Scripture, to the human heart—offers a powerful invitation to listen differently.

What is creation revealing?
 What is Scripture teaching?
And what is happening within our own hearts?

The psalm concludes with a prayer that has become familiar to generations of believers: that the words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts would be acceptable to God.

Scripture: Psalm 19:1–14
