One of the perplexing questions we often struggle with is the mystery as to why some people respond positively to the gospel message and enter the kingdom of God, while others do not. In “Jesus – The Storyteller,” our Interim Preaching Pastor, John Mahaffey, will take us into Jesus’ famous Parable of the Sower (Mark 4:1-20) in which our Lord identifies the source of people’s responsiveness and unresponsiveness to the gospel. This message will challenge us to do some serious soul searching concerning the state of our hearts and offer important and practical things we can do to insure the gospel brings forth fruit in our lives.
