In the Gospels of Matthew and Luke, which give us the most information on the first Christmas, there is no direct reference to the character who is the subject of this next and final message in the Christmas Character series. This “Unnamed Christmas Character” will take us to a part of the Christmas story which we would prefer not to consider, but a part which more than any other reveals to us the reason why God sent his Son into the world.
