Some psalms sing with joy. Others weep with sorrow. Psalm 31 does both. It’s a psalm for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed, forgotten, anxious, or afraid – and yet still clings to hope. David, in the middle of danger and distress, chooses to trust God. He doesn’t sugarcoat his suffering, but he doesn’t let it silence his faith either. This psalm teaches us what it means to run to God as our refuge, to be honest about our pain, and to surrender our lives into His hands. On Sunday, we'll walk through this passage together and discover why, even in the darkest moments, you really can trust God.
