A Better Triathlon Swim Set /3900

Warm Up:

200 swim 200 kick 200 as (4x50 drill/swim) 

Pre Set 

8x50 kick on 20”ish Rest (work under waters)

4x50 swim Descend to Fast 

Main Set 3x 

4x 200 swim as 2 steady, 1 build, 1 Fast 

Pick an interval that gives 15-30 seconds rest. 

(optional* last set make the build 1 easy and go FAST the last 200) 

Warm Down: Choice 300
