Kona Pre Race Set and Predictions/ 750-1500m 

Open water Set* 

Warm Up 

10min Nice and Easy Take Breaks mix in some backstroke and breaststroke.

Main Set

1-3x Roughly 100m Build w/ Full Recovery 

4x 25m or about 20 Strokes Take Out Speed from race start line. Full Recovery between. 

2x25 Fast Exits + Extra Kick w/ Full Recovery 

(last one you can practice a little T1 skills like a fast wetsuit take down.) 

2-3 min easy Warm Down.
