Warm Up
10min Choice
2x (4x25 as 3,2,1,0 Breath control)
Main 1
16x 25 w/ or without Fins
Start with 1 and then add 1 dolphin kick off each wall until you get to 16.
1x500 pull (First 100 by 25 is 2 breath, Breath as much as you want on 2,3 and then 4 is 4 breaths. Repeat this pattern but take 1 breath away from the last 25 of each 100.)
Main 2
10x 50 Kick or Swim FPSO (Fastest Possible send off) (aka Hard)
Main 3
20x 25 Fly (Do butterfly until you can’t Then switch to free) (On one side of the pool do 5 push ups on the other side do 5 squats)
