Our guest this week is Olympic silver medallist, triple Commonwealth champion and double junior world champion Ellesse Andrews. We catch up with her from the NZ holding camp in Grenchen and listen we us as we learn about her unique journey through the sport and the challenges of transferring from endurance to sprint. Impressively, she is one of the only riders to ever medal at elite world level in both disciplines. We talk about what it's like to be a sprinter in New Zealand, the importance of leaving a lasting legacy that's greater than just your performances and look forward to the very close UCI 2023 Cycling World Champs. It was a joy to speak to Ellesse, we had a lot of fun and hope you do too.
