Melina is a behavioural and decision scientist and founder of meta-decisions. She specialises in decision debiasing strategies, corporate training, and behavioural insights consulting for the public and private sectors. She holds adjunct faculty positions in Behavioural Economics, is a member of the Alliance for Decision Education Steering Committee and has a passion for helping young professionals build confidence in their work decisions. She holds a PhD in Managerial Decision Sciences, MBA in Strategy, BSc in Math & Economics and is currently in pursuit of a post-doc in Behavioral Analysis.
