Ash's journey is incredibly unique—she grew up in a Mormon culture where marriage was strongly emphasized, leading her to marry a man. During that marriage, she discovered her true sexuality and made the brave decision to leave in order to embrace her authentic self. Now, she’s happily engaged to a woman (and soon to be married)! In this episode, she also shares some of the challenges she and her fiancé have faced in their relationship and how they’ve overcome them.
