This December, many schools will celebrate the end of the Fall Semester with a party.
Ken Mercer asks:
Will your Sons and Daughters have the freedom to bless their school friends with a simple:
"MERRY CHRISTMAS" or "HAPPY HANUKKAH?"
Or... are those words offensive - and as some officials believe - a Constitutional violation of "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE?"
GOOD NEWS: Texas passed a Law - Children AND Teachers have the right and freedom to say:
"MERRY CHIRSTMAS" and "HAPPY HANUKKAH!"
BAD NEWS: We had to pass a Law to protect our Children and Educators.
What is "The Law" in your State? Is it "OK" to say: "MERRY CHIRSTMAS" and "HAPPY HANUKKAH?"
Mercer ends by encouraging the new TRUMP / VANCE Administration - please make it clear - America can once again feel free to say:
"MERRY CHIRSTMAS" and "HAPPY HANUKKAH!"
