Elizabeth Clubb explained the purpose of myFlock in helping older adults and their caregivers manage expenses and prevent financial exploitation. She highlighted customizable cards and alerts that provide real-time visibility on spending and expenses.
Marci Lobel-Esrig presented Silver Bills (now called PayTrust) a bill-paying concierge service for older adults, particularly those without tech access, nor adult children to help.
Joseph Katz introduced CoverRight, a Medicare enrollment planning tool to simplify complex decisions for beneficiaries.
Co-host Michael Phillips spoke about AARP's initiatives in FinTech, including the AARP Foundation's FinTech website and the Money Matters tool. He emphasized the importance of addressing scams and fraud while promoting digital tools for older adults.
