Dr. Ryan Dyer is the Director of Athletics and Assistant Principal at North Paulding High School in Dallas, GA and is one of my former players. He took over a high school program that had never experienced any type of winning, and he turned them into a consistent state tournament threat. He has since become a wonderful HS administrator who has become a role model for all high school athletic directors on how to promote, celebrate and motivate student-athletes, coaches and staff. He is one of the best at using social media in all the right ways.
