How many times have you heard (or said) these things? Frankly, it's pretty easy for so many of us to jump to the place of positivity when things get hard for ourselves or people we care about. 

None of us like to be or see others in pain.

And yet, this type of default can actually cause more harm than good. 

In this week's show, Kim & Louise are going to share their thoughts on toxic positivity, and how non-toxic positivity is only part of the story of good mental health.
