It happens to the best of us. Our words are misconstrued, the meaning is muddled, or our communication simply falls flat. Need an example? Think of the last time you experienced a significant misunderstanding that stemmed from differing interpretations of one or two words. It might not even have been that long ago.
It happens more than we care to admit - in both personal and professional settings.
Words are a significant way we communicate with each other. And yet, creating intentionality around shared language or rules about language are rarely discussed, especially in the workplace. In this episode, Kim & Louise jump down the rabbit hole of language in an effort to support you on your quest for a Kickass Career. Since Louise is an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner, this is a doozy of an episode!
