Welcome to the 2 Sided Mirror Podcast, I am DM Baker your host. Today we discuss your unhealed trauma, how it affects every part of your life. You deserve to heal from what you went through, what broke you and I personally feel as if therapy is very important. Healing is not about being broken, it's about learning how those painful experiences shaped you and learning to gently re-write them. I use to believe that the person who broke me had to fix me, had to be a part of that healing journey! NO, you and only you can heal yourself. It took me 264 sessions to realize how broken I truly was.
