When 9 year old Anthony Maldonado woke up one christmas morning, he was the happiest boy in Harlem.
He had just gotten a new Playstation 3 console from Santa.
Beaming, he played it a lot over the winter holidays, and then, just after new years day, he went to stay with Uncle.
But the delight of playing Tony Hawks Pro Skater turned into an immensely preventable tragedy, and one brutal thing that had many of the residents asking, how did this happen? Why did this happen and this should have been prevented.
