Important to Time Block & Begin with the Longest Cooking Times First (such as whole chicken in the oven if you are baking or soaking beans)

 Greek Yogurt instead of Mayonnaise

Make a batch and keep in the refrigerator; put in toaster to warm up: Kaden and Ava love and this is easy in the morning or a snack throughout the day!

Nuts

If they need to be chopped then chop as well & have ready for use

Extras/Leftovers

What can you pack & freeze to mix in or have for another meal such as a smaller portion for lunch (such as leftover soups, veggie chilis ~ this is great to place in the freezer and pull out for a lunch ~ I do this myself with veggie chili
