Today’s reading is Philippians 1–4, where Paul calls every believer—including leaders—to keep growing, keep pursuing maturity, and live worthy of the gospel. He reminds us that faith is a gift, and even suffering is “granted” as part of God’s refining work, forming Christlike humility and love in us. Philippians confronts selfish ambition, calls us to unity and purity, and ends with the practical pathway to peace: rejoice, pray, give thanks, and present your requests to God—because the Lord is near.
