Simon Berry is the Technical Standards and Specification lead for England’s largest housing provider for the elderly, Anchor. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. In his role he must ensure that all Anchor’s properties are safe, secure and properly maintained. This includes the solar and battery installations that are common across his portfolio.
