SECRETS AND LIES
Who doesn't have secrets and who doesn't tell lies? Is it okay to tell a lie or is it not? Would that depend on the gravity and possible consequences? Or might it depend on protecting someone from something it's best they dont know? What about lying to conceal guilt or to take the wrap for someone else? Ah, so many questions - but that's just it concerning this topic. So much is relative. We all know lying in order to hide what might be deceitful or some blatant misdoing is wrong - and we know too that some, if not most, secrets are to be kept. That much is straightforward. Still there are yet more questions. Does holding a secret foster an unhealthy burden that could corrode your soul or sully your spirit? Is it noble to keep a secret? Sometimes most probably yes, as that secret might have been shared in trust. Then again keeping something secret that should be known, is definitely wrong and is certainly is a form of deceit, if not a kind of lying. As always, Keith and Lee enjoy tackling the everyday issues that we all face and they certainly relished getting into this one.
